Shipping policy
Our preferred shipping provider is UPS, but we also offer shipping services through USPS.
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped out.
Shipping Rates
Shipping charges as well as delivery times for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We do our best to offer the most competitive shipping rates.
Please note that estimated delivery times are provided by the shipping provider selected and are not a guaranteed delivery date.
How can I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us that will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to become available. You can also enter your tracking number with the appropriate provider tracking service provided below:
