Returns

If you are returning a non-defective item ordered from rwcoolidge.com please email sales@rwcoolidge.com to request an RA# and receive instructions for your return.

If you need to return or exchange an item for any reason, you may do so within 45 days of receipt provided that the item is in new, unused condition with the original hangtags attached. Items must be returned in their original packaging, including hangtags, bags, etc. Returned merchandise will not be accepted if it has been altered or damaged. All returned goods must have a Return Authorization (RA) number. We are not responsible for lost items that are returned without an RA#.

Items marked Non-Returnable, Closeout, or Sale may not be returned or exchanged.

Refunds

All eligible returns, including gift items, will be refunded to the original form of payment only. A refund of the merchandise and taxes will be given however shipping and handling for the delivery and pick up will not be refunded.

If you are due a refund: refunds can be expected within three weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. In many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes:

  • The transit time for us to receive your return in our warehouse from the shipper (4 to 10 business days)

  • The time it takes us to process your return once we receive it in our warehouse (3 to 6 business days)

  • The time it takes your bank to process our refund request to your account (4 to 10 business days).

Warranty
Items older than 45 days that failed during use due to manufacturing defects are subject to our Warranty process. Email us at sales@rwcoolidge.com with the concerns regarding warranty issues. We will respond to your requests promptly.

Damages
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged we will replace item immediately at no charge. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, promotional products or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
